Looking for new leaders via the blogosphere.

I have received three emails recently, which are worth highlighting. The DCCC, has a blog entry entry about my local congressman, who is currently trying to distance himself from Delay, after having voted closely with Delay on many key issues.

The second blog entry is from Britt Blaser about the difference between a leader and a manager. I think the idea of Kerry as a leader and Bush as a manager is powerful in a lot of ways and bears exploring.

The final blog entry worth noting is from Mitch Kapor, founder of Lotus, co-founder of EFF, and now one of the moving forces behind Baobabs.

Taken together they, they illustrate quite nicely the need for a new generation of leadership, as well as thoughts on how we can help nurture such a new generation.
